Efficient shower. Double bed of good size. Working fridge. Good contact for checking in.

− Many plug boards due to lack of sockets so safety an unknown. Some furniture worn & in need of upgrade.

Good price compared to others, all the essentials needed for a short stay.

− The room was different from the one I saw in the pictures and it's noisy because walls, doors, etc are thin so you can literally hear anybody in the building which was a little disturbing since the staff was cleaning other rooms in the morning and we were sleeping until late after a night out. But overall is ok can't complain too much.

− Heating worked (once we texted the landlord) but couldn’t have a shower during our stay as it was too cold. Owner didn’t respond.

The area has everything you could need including a beautiful green space & park. However, the property is not luxury. When we arrived there was building work still happening, the apartment was not the one advertised, there was no oven as stated, the bathroom was so small I couldn't even turn around in it and there was a foul smell, like a blocked drain smell, in the bathroom. The bed was awful, the most uncomfortable bed I've slept on. The apartment was narrow, no decent views from the window as we were down on the bottom floor. Good points: fairly clean, an attempt has been made to make guests feel comfortable: coffee, shampoo, towels provided, decent size TV, iron, microwave. If it was advertised as a standard, basic room then there wouldn't be an issue for me. But describing it as a fabulous luxury apartment is misleading. Overall we did enjoy our stay. I wish we got the room pictured and advertised & I wish some had informed us that there would ongoing building work, when we returned on the Saturday there had been carpet laid and all the all cuts were chucked by our flat door. I can see what the owner is trying to do, but right now the flat isn't quite there. It will absolutely met your basic needs but don't expect luxury.

This is in a great location and great property. I was going to a music event nearby and found it was clean, neat and tidy. I had a very comfortable stay.
