10.0Armie was a absolute lovely host and a wonderful cook. We loved the Pool, you felt like in the Jungle.

Beautiful house high up in the mountains.
10.0Our days at Quinta Velha were wonderful. Although the house is over a century old, it is remarkably comfortable. Armie, who welcomed us, takes care of the incredible breakfast and dinner. We loved having dinner in the garden, enjoying the delicious food. The children absolutely loved the swimming pool, with its beautiful view over Sintra.
− The location on Estrada da Pena requires a bit of walking, which can be tiring for children. Although there is a shortcut trail, it still takes about a 20-minute walk downhill to reach the town center. Walking back up is even more challenging, so we used Uber to go up.

10.0Such a high-end beautiful place where you also feel comfortable and taken care of as if by family. Loved the cold plunge and pool on the hot days, the room had all the amenities we could need and the area was absolutely beautiful.
− My only complaint was the loud music down the mountain one night. I think there may have been a wedding or something but it was pretty loud. I can't imagine what it would have been at the other places closer to that. We were lucky we were farther up the mountain!

10.0Geweldige locatie om trips vanuit te maken. Geweldige ontspannen sfeer en geweldig ontbijt en diner. Heerlijk zwembad en lekkere plek om te relaxen. Kamers erg sfeervol ingericht wat uitnodigde om ontspannen van je verblijf te genieten.

9.0The staff was very friendly, the pool was heated, the plung bath was a great bonus, the views were great, nothing to complain about.
