She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, from offering detailed recommendations for visiting Macau to arranging a late checkout with a warm smile. The hotel itself is stunning. The high-altitude lobby and the sky pool on the 36th floor offer breathtaking views of the Hengqin skyline. The room was modern and spotless, and the signature warm cookie upon arrival was a sweet touch. Thanks to Eva's hospitality, this stay was truly memorable. Highly recommended!
