This B&B really had everything. The staff made everything possible to accommodate us and make us feel at home. The room was extra clean because the personnel comes and cleans it everyday. They ask you if you need any more toiletries, change the bedsheets and also the towels on demand. Service was also excellent as they always leave at your disposal, free of charge, little snacks for you to enjoy and 2 bottles of water in the mini fridge. Location is also perfect if you want to be close to the beach but also in the center without having to climb steep streets! It definitely made our stay more relaxing and will definitely book it again when we come back. Grazie di tutto e ci rivediamo!

Great location, disappointing experience.

The location is excellent and is by far the best aspect of this property. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience did not live up to the very high rating shown on Booking.com.

− The most disappointing issue was cleanliness. The bathroom bin had not been emptied before our arrival and still contained waste from previous guests, including a used sanitary pad. We also experienced an unnecessary problem with the city tax. Although the booking confirmation stated that card payments were accepted, the owner insisted that the €6 city tax had to be paid in cash and left in the room. No receipt or proof of payment has been provided so far. I had to withdraw money from an ATM, paid the ATM fee, and obtain change elsewhere buying something, despite offering to pay by bank transfer. What made the situation even more confusing was that, after insisting that the tax had to be paid in cash, the owner later offered to pay it herself if I could not obtain the money. However, I still wanted to pay the tax myself, as I understood it to be a municipal tax for which I was responsible as a guest. This left me uncertain about how the tax would be handled in situations where guests genuinely have no cash available. The room is okay but sound insulation was very poor, and noise from other rooms, the corridor and the entrance bell was clearly audible. The breakfast also is ok but not great considering the high rating. In addition, the entrance in the building could be in a better condition, and the elevator very small if you travel with luggage. Overall, apart from the excellent location, the accommodation did not meet our expectations and did not justify its current rating.

A minha estadia foi excelente. Fomos muito bem recebidos e a limpeza do quero era realizada diariamente. Voltaria com certeza para me hospedar no local. Salerno foi um ótimo local de partida para conhecer a. Costa Amalfitana

− O sinal do Wi-Fi era um pouco fraco, mas não interferiu no restante da estadia.
