− L'emplacement. Les alentours très sales, odeurs nauséabondes. Beaucoup de monde dans l'hôtel. L'attente longue malgré 4 ascenseurs.

8.0La habitación era muy amplia, y la cama muy comoda.. Todo muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Las vistas desde la habitación a la ciudad desde planta 30. Las instalaciones modernas. Las vistas desde la piscina en la azotea a la ciudad y a las Petronas.
− Solicitamos dos tarjetas para la habitación y nos dijeron que no había disponibilidad, teniendo en cuenta que es necesaria para utilizar las instalaciones y el ascensor lo veo imprescindible. La piscina de la azotea quisimos usarla por la tarde y estaba llena de gente muy ruidosa y el agua no se veía limpia.
