Geräumige Wohnung mit allem was man für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt benötigt. Check-in im Hotel nebenan war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Grundsätzlich hatten wir tolle Tage in Stralsund. Das erste Apartment war nicht wie gebucht, aber ohne Diskussionen haben wir das richtige bekommen. Es wäre sehr von Vorteil wenn auch in den Ecken geputzt wird. Ansonsten war alles soweit schick und unkompliziert!

Schönes Zimmer, aber Sauberkeit mässig

Komfortable Unterkunft, allerdings nicht sonderlich sauber. Auch das Geschirr musste man erst nochmal abwaschen bevor man es benutzen mag. Bad ust in einer Ecke in des großen Raumes gebaut und hat Milchglasscheiben, was für wenig privatsphäre sorgt. Der Wasserhahn war so zugekalkt, dass man ihn nur unter Kraftanwendung betätigen konnte. Die Möblierung war gut und ausreichend und das Bett bequem. Das Treppenhaus war vollgestellt mit Wäschewagen, Babybetten und Fahrrädern, was allem einen ramschigen Eindruck gegeben hat.

Nice apartment to stay in Stralsund !

Room not as described, not suitable for disabled

I have a disabled child who needs his own room (I am the only one allowed to sleep with him as his carer) as he will not go to sleep otherwise. I booked a superior apartment rather than a studio apartment. The reason for booking a superior was that it is described as: bedroom 1 - double bed lounge with a sofa bed. This means that my son can have his own room to go to sleep. When we got there we found that the superior apartment was in fact just a large studio apartment with no bedroom. The staff were quite nice, but we're more interested in arguing that a large studio apartment is a one bedroom apartment as it has a bed in it. They were not interested in helping. It was getting late and Hotel.com were of very limited help and our call to them got cut off after an hour. I had to book a second room at a nearby hotel that we could afford as we had already paid for 2 nights at this hotel, which I was told was not refundable. Two of our party of 4 had to stay in the other hotel. I had to drive back and from their hotel to pick them up. Stralsund was meant to be the highlight of our trip, which is why I paid to stay in the centre of the city. This was not an enjoyable stay and a very costly one. I had to move wardrobes to try to make it like a bedroom for my son. Please do not describe a studio as a one bedroom apartment. If we were a standard family without disability it might have been ok, but we have specific needs for a disabled person.

God beliggenhed - elendig rengøring

Lejligheden er en god størrelse med rigtigt god beliggenhed i forhold til by og parkering. Det så dog ud til, at de ikke var blevet færdig med rengøringen, da der var ret beskidt & sengelinned var heller ikke helt rent.
