Die Anlage ist auf dem Berg, sehr ruhig mit viel Grün gelegen. In ein paar Gehminuten waren wir im Ort.

− Das Apartment ist in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig.

− Problem started from the very beginning. For key it was necessary upload all (for all three guests) documents by fully unsafe method via unsecured system, mail or wattsup. I lost hours for conversations to support. And never have faced such things. After entering found that apartments are significantly smaller (max. 50sqm instead of 100sqm) that was offered, and photos are not corresponded to reality. Photos in advertisement is compilation from different and more comfortable apartments. Apartment was dirty. In means not cleaned and not prepared to visit. Fungus was in almost every corner and shower, toilet was dirty, flour with lot of dust, lot of dead insects in lamps and live ants on flour, digestors and ventilation with at least 1sm of dust, cooking hob was dirty, fridge was as source of infection with rotten smell and lot of humidity. Imagining antisanitary of swimming pool which belongs to apartments. Please, see photos. Dishes were dirty but apartments owners pushing visitors to clean dishes after stay. And threatening by 50 Euro penalty what was not in the agreement. In this apartment there no cleaning liquids and sponges for dish cleaning. No kitchen towels or pads. Property decided that cleaning of apartments is the responsibility of visitors. Together with dirtiness apartment was humid and cold with old smell. It was necessary warmup apartments for couple of hours together with winding and try to clean at least something. It was booked three people, but linen was only for two. We used our own linen. Support even did not try solving this. Nothing for 3 days. This apartment have no internet connection. There is router, password but no connection. It was tried for 3 different devices. Support works only when they want and only remotely. Support is mix of bla-bla-bla show and promising to do something later. I send more than 20 photos, but nobody arrived and helped. Apartments are really dangerous for people with allergy and for family with small kids.
