8.0The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, generously allowing both an early check-in and a late check-out. The room itself was spacious, fully equipped, and perfectly matched the description.
− There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which is an area that definitely needs improvement.

10.0Excellent séjour, je recommande vivement ! Le logement était d'une propreté irréprochable et très confortable. Le service est digne d'un hôtel : les lits étaient faits et les serviettes changées tous les jours. L'appartement est situé au 4ème étage d'un immeuble équipé d'un ascenseur très propre. De plus, l'emplacement est idéal, très proche des lieux historiques, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement. Enfin, un grand merci à l'hôte qui s'est montré très réactif et efficace. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !

Safe choice in Instambul
9.0Good value for money and a good location. It is within walking distance of the Hippodrome and very close to the T1 tram line and the Sea of Marmara. There is a shop nearby, and the area is quiet and safe. The apartment is small, like a studio. The bed was comfortable, but the sofa was not. The kitchenette is simple, but it is enough. Overall, it was fine and I can recommend it 😄 No complains at all !!
− For the price, there's really nothing to complain about—it’s a good deal. I would happily stay here again or recommend it to a friend 😄

10.0На мой взгляд отель идеально расположен. С одной стороны 10 мин до главных достопримечательностей, с другой - много кафе и ресторанов рядом по доступным ценам. Номер просторный. Мы останавливались с тремя детьми, все отлично поместились. А ещё нас встречала и провожала очень приятная девушка. Помогла с заселением, позволила оставить чемоданы после выселения. С огромным удовольствием буду рекомендовать этот отель.
