Didn't meet our expectations
5.0Staff were friendly. Location was convenient. Dog friendly. Breakfasts were good. Room interior, bed and shower were fine.
− The exterior of the accommodation was very tired with paint peeling, and the glass window in our door was boarded up. (We were told that the glaziers had been contacted, but they didn't appear during our 2 night stay). It was generally a bit of a building site with work going on outside the front of the hotel. We had booked a meal in the pub on the first night - food options were limited and a quite a few were not available. The fish and chips were completely tasteless and the dessert of strawberries and cream (£9) comprised of 3 halved strawberries, 4 dollops of 'honey' cream with a blob of something on top that was horridly sweet and a bits of scone dumped on top. Luckily the breakfasts were quite good (probably a different chef), but we had to put up with the cleaners working around us whilst we were eating. The accommodation wasn't cheap, so would have expected a bit more for the money.

6.0Leuk binnenplaatsje waar alle kamers aan liggen. Het restaurant/de bar is heel sfeervol, fijn dat je lekker buiten aan picknicktafels kunt zitten. Vlakbij Bath. Ruime parkeergelegenheid.
− Geen airco! Dus tijdens hittegolf was het behelpen met een ventilator die het maar half deed. De bediening in het restaurant is ontzettend traag. We hebben uren zitten wachten op diner en ontbijt. Ontbijt viel zwaar tegen; er staat een tafel met alleen yoghurt en jam, maar niks om jam op te smeren. Je mag 1 warm gerecht van de kaart kiezen, waar je dus een uur op moet wachten. En toen was het ook nog een vrij klein gerecht.
Voor herhaling vatbaar.
8.0Ontbijtkaart en ontbijt was goed. Iets uitgebreidere ontbijttafel, drinken, jam, brood, etc. zou welkom zijn. Locatie ligt aan een drukke weg, maar in de Inn merk je hier niet veel van. In de slaapkamers al helemaal niet.
− Kamers lagen schuin tegen over elkaar en niet niet naast elkaar, zoals was gevraagd. Dit viel tegen, omdat we steeds over de binnenplaats moesten lopen om bij de andere kamer te komen.
