Özellikle resepsiyon personelinin misafirlerin sorularını dikkatle dinlememesi ve tatmin edici açıklamalar sunmaması, ilk izlenim açısından olumsuz bir deneyim yaşamamıza neden oldu. Rezervasyonumuz kahvaltı dâhil olmasına rağmen, beklediğimiz açık büfe kahvaltı hizmeti sunulmadı. Bunun yerine plastik ambalajlarda yoğurt ve granola veya yalnızca küçük bir sandviç gibi oldukça sınırlı seçenekler verildi. Ayrıca sıcak ve soğuk içecekler ile içme suyunun ek ücrete tabi tutulması da hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Bunun yanında oda temizliğinin haftada yalnızca bir kez yapılması, konaklama süresince hijyen ve konfor beklentimizi karşılamadı. Otelin dış tabelasının oldukça küçük olması ve kolay fark edilememesi de tesise ulaşımı zorlaştıran başka bir olumsuzluktu. Tüm bu nedenlerle, aldığımız hizmetin fiyat ve beklenti açısından yetersiz olduğunu düşünüyorum. Yaşadığımız bu deneyim tatilimizin keyfini önemli ölçüde olumsuz etkiledi. Bu oteli tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum ve çevreme de tavsiye etmeyeceğim. Convenient, affordable, and well connected, but the rooms are very compact.

Good value for money and well connected, making it easy to reach other areas of Tokyo and Haneda airport. We stayed here again for our last night before flying home because of the convenient location.

− The rooms are extremely small, making it difficult to move around with luggage. They’re fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend them for families sharing one room, unless you stay one night.
