Location and size

− Facilities need cleaning. Building itself is filthy and the lights didn't really work. The unit had light not working and the second room which once had a curtain no longer has one to separate it from the living room. The half bathroom toliet backed up out of the drain and had to be cleaned because it smelled awful.

Great apartment,excellent location,slightly let down by the sewage issue and limited accessibility.

We had a great stay at Pheadrus Living. The apartment was perfect for our holiday and is in an excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from Akti Beach. The kitchen, living area, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, comfortable, and well presented. The balcony was a lovely place to relax, overlooking the park. The building also has a lift, which made unloading our luggage much easier and provides good wheelchair accessibility to the apartment. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable place to stay. The complimentary water in the fridge was a nice touch also.

− What we didn't like was that the front door lock was quite difficult to use when we first arrived. There is a technique to unlocking it, and once you get used to it, it's fine, but initially it does leave you wondering if you're at the correct apartment, despite the clear signage. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks before our holiday, our son broke his leg, so we had to travel with a wheelchair. While the building has a lift, which made access to the apartment itself easy, there is no wheelchair access from the roadside to the building entrance because of the steps. Thankfully, I was able to carry the wheelchair down the stairs, but guests travelling with someone who has reduced mobility may find this challenging. The biggest issue during our stay, however, was with one of the toilets. Although it was great having two bathrooms, one of the toilets overflowed with sewage when flushed. We reported the problem immediately, but it took just over 24 hours for someone to attend and resolve it. During that time, the smell of raw sewage in the hot weather was extremely unpleasant and significantly affected our stay. We were also asked several times whether we had flushed toilet paper, despite explaining that we were aware of the local plumbing system and had not done so. In fact, we had a bag containing all of our used toilet paper to demonstrate that we had followed the instructions. While we understand they needed to investigate the cause, it was frustrating to feel as though responsibility was being questioned when we had taken every precaution. Overall, the apartment itself was very good, but we felt that an issue of this nature should have been treated as an emergency and resolved much more quickly.

Great location, but overall very disappointing stay.

The location of the property was nice and the beds and pillows were comfortable.

− Several things: the first day and a half the air conditioning did not work. Then the there was the construction on the upper apartment where they would throw garbage to the dumpster right outside of the apartment so you could not sit outside. Finally, the floor drain would sometimes overflow with the water and other stuff from the toilet. Not pleasant.

Nightmares, but the worse thing was full acceptance of apartment representative builders

− It was total disaster, Our vacation was spoiled Garbage from upper floor flying to our balcony, Noise from builders, drilling machines...

Such a lovely place to stay in!

The location was located very close to the sea. The interior is very nice an everything was very clean. Even water was placed into the fridge upon arrival. Also the check in procedure was very easy and communication to the property as well. Would totally recommend this place!
