− No tenía recepción había que hacer todo de manera autónoma Tuvimos un pago doble de habitación y por política del hotel, entendieron la situación pero no accedieron a devolver el pago de una noche
Poor after hours support. Hate that there is no face to face at check in or checkout. Very floored system

− Location and the fact there are two hotels called b-smart in schaan . Help desk doesn’t answer whats app phone calls which makes it very difficult at 2300 at night. Room number given after email check in was room 10 and then i made 3 trips up trying yo unlock room 10 at 0030 (someone else’s room)
