− The system they have to charge your credit card is ridiculous. We almost got to a situation in which I was not able to pay. AC on my room was not working properly

The elevator is soooo annoying but it’s a good hotel

It was adequate for a short stay of 3 nights.I was glad I didn't have to be in the room much.

The location was fine but a bit noisy. It was pretty clean overall but surfaces weren't being wiped down daily. The shower was great and the bed was very comfortable

− The main drawback was the size of the room. It was so small I felt like I could hardly turn around. Housekeeping kept forgetting to leave hot cups and water
