9.0Great location for Beamish. Chester le Street rail station not too far away for rail travel to Durham and Newcastle. Well kept holiday park very clean. Nice new club house
− Static caravans a little too close to each other offering little privacy . On the whole the staff were very pleasant with exception of 1 receptionist and bar tender in club house
Perfect just what i needed

− We left some clothes and they have gone the extra mile by sending it to us

The caravan was adequate and fine for our 2 night stay

− The beds were quite lumpy / uncomfortable . Had to work out boiler for hot water . The caravan overlooked the main entrance so no view
