10.0Location prefect, caravan clean, weather fantastic, owner was excellent. No free WiFi 4 mins walk to beach, 3 mins walk to amusements, food and shop Loved it

− We asked for early check in and when we arrived nobody had cleaned it 🤮. They did turn up a few hours later but I was just shocked to see that people had left pants etc in the bin and not emptied it

3.0The van could be nice with issues and the smell being sorted
− The slab outside is loose and dangerous. The stairs to the property not stable sink and your foot nearly gets trapped . The main bedroom very tight space . The whole van smells musty and damp . Damp traps everywhere. Tele in bedroom doesnt work . A couple of channels on main tele work . No internet. Hardly any utensils . The grill on oven doesn’t work Light goes out but gas still flowing oven door hangs doesnt shut properly. Mould in shower and the toilet leaks . Booked for 2 nights left after first . Hot tub and large table from next van right next to van . Only a kettle microwave and toaster to use . No dishwasher or hair dryer as stated . Rusty radiators and coverings over old sofas . Bought bleach and air freshener but only helped briefly smell worse in main bedroom coughing all night . Couldn’t sleep as bed uncomfortable and couldn’t stop scratching.

− Absolutely boiling and hard to cool down. Beds need new mattresses.
