− We did not enjoy being woken up by a mouse in our room at 5am, and finding mouse dropping in the dresser drawers, then having to deal with unapologetic, unfriendly staff and manager when the uncleanliness and unsanitary state of the room was brought to their attention. Only 50% refund was finally given back once booking.com tried their best to get a full refund. Totally disgusted with our experience at the Ponderosa!

4.03 Queen size bad like Family room.
− Smell inside room was terrible, everything looks very very old. Washroom was very tight. Bed also very old. But price per night/Family room 3 Queen bed. Saves money and just one night so I think it is ok

− The office had quick wi-fi, but our room had NONE, nor did the people next to us. The manager was indifferent to this when we complained.
