Place needs to be cleaned, and up to safety codes

Disappointing, and does not live up to expectations. Overpriced.

− Place was rundown and badly needs an upgrade. Restaurant was closed due to death of owner. (Just pizza available.) Our efficiency kitchen in room 2 was badly underequipped. The manager Pasha was very receptive and quick in providing us with essentials.
Great beach, everything else a bit lacking.
4.0Proximity to beach was ok.
− The facility is rather run down. The restaurant is closed (so the images are misleading) The walls and lampshades have water stains. The office isn't attended and the staff, while pleasant, was reachable by mobile phone only. The lighting in the room was harsh and unpleasant. The floor lamp light bulbs were burnt out and the bedside electrical sockets seemed dangerously loose when I plugged my charger in. From the outside it was obvious the roof was temporarily mended. But it was clean and it's good this place exists because affordable alternatives in that community simply don't exist. So ya gotta deal.
Nice rooms but disappointed in lack of restaurant

− restaurant wasnt open at all which we were not aware, checkin/contact process was awkward, always a phone call, no open office no ice machine
