8.0The manager is very friendly and extremely helpful. The options for breakfast was generous. Great that we could use the kitchen.

A gorgeous place but not managed properly
8.0The private room was absolutely stunning and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of heaters, blankets and dressing gowns to keep warm. Cozy and spacious room.
− The check in process was an absolute mess. The check in window is very small, I messaged to say that I would be arriving at night time and they just said that the key would be left in room. That seems okay but they didn’t tell me which room, so I had to try each individual room until one was unlocked. I imagine that having someone try open your door in the middle of the night is unnerving for the people who were in those rooms, but there wasn’t much else I could do. The electricity went out and it took about 30 mins to get a hold of any staff member to get help.

8.0Comfortable, clean room for a short stay, fabulous outlook. A very well equipped share kitchen, serve yourself breakfast was very well catered.
