Great Stay!
9.0Great stay with great facilities. The lodge was everything we expected and more. The park was quiet and tranquil. You can walk or drive (5mins) into the heart of Aviemore.

10.0We had a lovely stay at Ruapehu Lodge. The accommodation was cosy, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—within easy walking distance of the restaurants and shops in Aviemore, while also being just a short drive from many beautiful attractions and scenic spots. The picturesque view from the terrace was the perfect finishing touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. :)

This chalet is an excellent choice for a stay in Aviemore.
10.0Well appointed, all basic needs supplied, including fridge, freezer, washing machine, dish washer, coffee maker, television, WiFi. Spacious accommodation on a small, quiet chalet site. Convenient for local shops, facilities and attractions. On site parking next to the chalet. Check-in and check-out easily with the key in a secure key box. Efficient heating (at least on cool summer evenings).
− No major issues, the shower trays needed some care to avoid slipping. If USB power is required there are no built-in sockets so adapters are necessary but there are ample 13 amp power outlets. A towel rail (in addition to the ring for a small hand towel) would be useful in the master bedroom en suite shower room. The on-site pub had reduced its opening times and offering, so was not as useful as advertised.

10.0Gregor and Helen our hosts from the very start were extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed before our arrival and all through our stay, were always on hand if anything we needed to know. The accommodation and location were stunning and loved every minute of our short break. We cannot thank our lovely hosts enough. Will definitely be back and fully recommend if you are thinking of a break in this area. Could not be better. Russell and Karen.
