8.0Très belle établissement avec dès chambres tres spacieuses a l’est de l’ile loin de la parti animer de l’ile et a 5 min a pied des plage du coté sunset. Le personnel est adorable et serviable et ils ont été très gentils avec les enfants

Second time in Gili Trawangan - Great family stay for relaxing!
8.0This was our second time in Gili Trawangan, and we stayed 8 nights with our family at Villa Pine Tree. A major highlight was the staff's kindness—they were always attentive to our needs. Although it is located away from the busier tourist area, the location is great for getting proper rest, and we easily moved around the whole island by scooter. The breakfast met our expectations, being fresh and varied.

2.0Nous avons apprécié le personnel qui était très serviable, gentille et professionnelle. Nous tenons à les remercier pour nous avoir trouvé une chambre pour se doucher.
− Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel pour une famille avec enfants. Nous avons malheureusement eu des difficultés pour se doucher durant notre séjour. Nous n'avions pas du tout de l'eau dans les douches, je me suis débrouillé avec un verre d'eau et eau du robinet froid. Les chambres ont besoin d'un grand rafraîchissement, une forte odeur d'égouts dans une des deux chambres, les draps étaient de mauvaises qualité, beaucoup de tâches. Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à ce que nous avons vu.
