− Les photos de la chambre ne correspondent pas du tout avec la réalité surtout à l'état actuel, trou dans le mur de la chambre, l'état de propreté pitoyable, moisissure dans la salle de bain, porte d'entrée de la chambre obliger de mettre des coups dedans pour qu'elle se ferme, porte coulissante pour accéder dehors casser, l'état de propreté, des cafards qui se baladent, des vitres horrible, la clim ne fonctionnait pas correctement plus de 2h pour qu'il fasse légèrement moins chaud à chaque entrée dans notre chambre une chaleur insupportable 37°C on est parti avant la fin de la réservation, le personnel de l'hôtel est inexistant il y a une espèce de terasse couverte à l'entrée ou traîne un vieux canapé ou skoite sur son téléphone un petit jeune de 15 ans je dirais du matin au soir. Pour le prix je trouve ça inadmissible et inacceptable.

3.0Der Blick auf den Fluss ist wunderbar.
− Der brüchigen Boden der zu unserem Zimmer führt war wirklich abenteuerlich und an mehreren Stellen verrottet. Die Tür des Zimmers ging nicht ganz auf, weil sie am Boden klemmte. Im Zimmer selbst war der Kühlschrank schimmlig und hat gestunken, weshalb wir ihn nicht nurzen konnten. Zudem hatten wir Ameisenstraßen dort und am Ende teils im Gepäck & Bett. Die Badtür war so kaputt, das unser Schlafzimmer nach dem Fuschen immer unter Wasser stand. Die Balkonien war auch sehr verzogen, was das Öffnen und schließen erschwerte. Von 2 Personalleuten war eine Dame sehr freundlich, der Junge allerdings gar nicht. Das W-Lan war instabil. Die Dachterrasse war so runtergekommen und verdreckt, das man es nicht nutzen konnte.

− It should be more clean. Body washing and shampoo it's so poor. The reception not have, only a little boy take care. When we leave not even say thank you. When check in he just open the room and say nothing. So poor service mind.

1.0We walked in two a night mare and look at the room and left we never stayed more than 5 minutes the place is a disaster waiting to happen.I realise that the money paid wasn't top draw but honestly it wasn't fit or safe for a tourist.we left straight away. I'm really surprised you advertise an accident waiting to happen. I would be grateful for a full refund as this ruined my time at the annual war remembrance day. And cause a problem with my wife.
