Wasn’t worth the money, we didn’t enjoy our stat at all
4.0The facilities of the holiday camp were nice but the caravan itself was bad.
− The property was extremely disappointing and very poor value for money. It was very dirty on arrival and had a strong unpleasant smell throughout. The fridge was dirty, the kitchen towel provided was dirty and even had hair on it, and the overall cleanliness standard was unacceptable. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with only two forks provided for a family of four. The pans were old, worn out, and damaged. The accommodation was not comfortable or suitable for a family of four, especially considering the high price charged. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with the shower wall visibly chipping away while in use. The TV Wi-Fi was not working during our stay, and the owner was completely unhelpful in trying to resolve the issue. Additionally, the owner requested €70 in cash for access to the campsite facilities but failed to inform reception. As a result, we had to wait a long time while reception tried to sort out the situation. In the end, the reception staff kindly issued temporary passes because we were travelling with young children and explained that they would deal with the owner directly, mentioning that they had experienced similar issues with him before. The owner later came to collect the €70 and insisted on being paid in cash, which meant my husband had to accompany him to a bank to withdraw money before paying him. No towels were provided at the property, so we had to bring our own. We were also supplied with only one toilet roll for the entire stay and a very small amount of kitchen roll. Overall, the property was poorly maintained, inadequately equipped, and significantly overpriced for the standard of accommodation provided. I would not recommend staying here.

9.0We liked almost everything.there wasn't alot to be unhappy about.
− If i had to have a little moan,it would be that the sofas where stained and carpet was dirty and stained, but overall yes a very nice break .
Good stay in the New Forest
6.0Great site with lots of wildlife around, quiet at night. Caravan had all we needed, including internet TV and WiFi.
− Duvet was a little bit thin. It would have been good to have an airer for towels.
Relaxed stay in a great location in the forest in the quiet season in very comfortable accommodation
9.0The location, a comfortable relaxed and quiet stay. No hassles checking in. The site had a nice feel to it. Home comforts. Good caravan position. Warm and cozy. Spacious enough to relax
− Quality of pans. Everything else was great.

1.0− Full of cobwebs, toilet leaking, ripped curtains, dirty bedding and sofa, some light bulbs had blown, completely run out of gas whilst cooking dinner, no gas delivered until late next morning, we were very cold.
