住宿環境還不錯，只是我們家怕冷，在房間裡還是會感到寒冷，需要一直穿著外套。
9.0露營區，提供洗衣機和烘衣機，但是要自己自備幾個1元零錢，有桌球桌和一些小小的遊樂器材。對面過去就是在野生無尾熊保育中心，附近也有超市可以購買食材。
− 聞到隔壁間房客烤肉味，一群人歡樂聊天，夜晚還是不時聽到對方的聊天聲音。空間大，冷氣一臺，房間角落還是不時感到寒冷，幸好床鋪上面有鋪電毯，睡起來舒適溫暖。

10.0The staff were friendly and when we enquired about moving to a room with more space they gave us a free upgrade to a the safari tents as there was construction at the park. On the last day of our stay the water stopped working in the morning and the staff promptly fixed the situation and even gave us complimentary muffins which was a sweet gesture. Overall we had a wonderful stay for your first little family holiday and would happily visit again.
− Water pressure in the shower wasnt amazing in the safari tent but nothing you couldn't work around.
Recommend as a place to stay.
10.0Everything was very clean and tidy. The room was welcoming and there was a lovely effort to make sure we had everything we could need. Spare bathroom items, enough towels, heater on and the room warm on arrival, water bottles in the fridge, as examples. We were very happy with everything.

6.0The considerable works in progress were a negative, but presumably these will transform it into a pleasant stay, just across the road from the Koala Sanctuary and with a nice hotel on site.,
