− Upfront $100 damage fee hold seems excessive, but understandable.
Felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable the entire time the staff was extremely rude & unwelcoming

− Staff did not speak any English and was unable to answer any question I have about anything. It was completely impossible to communicate with the staff.

− Hallway stairs were dirty. Room was dirty and comforter was stained and had holes. After asking to re-clean the room and new comforter it was still dirty and same comforter.
