4.0− Midtown Inn didn't have an iron and iron board in the room for me ironing my dress attire for work. Asking the receptionist or proprietor of the matter and he and staff was not very accommodating and show little concern or interest in the matter. I also didn't expect that there would be coffee or little breakfast accommodated there as well.

− The older guy thought I was making a fuss about the room and he was rude telling me if I pay for the room that's that but other than that I have no complaints
