− No hot water in the morning in ensuite shower and hand basin....tried to send text message to Reception at 7:45am (message was rejected) then phoned and phone message said to hit 1 if out of hours, did this and nothing happened...we had to leave accommodation with hot towel wash. Phoned reception after a few hours as we had to check out by 8am for another venue....no apology - only told what we should have done (of which I said we did all that).....response was thanks for letting us know yet no mention of a reduction in the rate or damage control. Very poor customer service. They need to put instructions in the room itself or provide details upon booking in specific terms to Cabin number 27. Bookingbpage stated WiFi, I am yet to access it. My advice is STAY AWAY from this facility.
