1.0I don't know where to start, 1. A place is far from a cable car if you walk 2. In a room you get towels and bed linen and no cleaning materials, as if you are arriving right at the apartment and the price for the week is taken like a hotel 3. I never thought that throwing garbage was really a story, there is no garbage can in the complex and you have to walk literally 1.5 km to the bin 4. Service at the counter is not active at all, you really have to catch them on the spot to ask someone and the staff is not nice at all, even nervous

9.0The apartment was very good for the price. it was in a quiet location however close to cable car and not too far from the city center. There was everything we needed in the apartment.

RReception opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday: 8:30-11:30 and 16:30 to 19:30 Thursday: 16:30 to 19:30 Saturday: 8:00 -12:00 and 14-00 to 20:00 Please note that reception is closed all day on Wednesday and on Thursday morning. When the reception is closed, guests will be able to get the keys from a box, accessible with a code. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. You can bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them on site at an extra cost of : - EUR 9 per person for bed linen - EUR 9 per person for towels Towels and sheets are included for short stays. A fee applies if guests wish to have them changed mid-stay. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. Please note that the city tax is to be paid upon arrival on site. Optional services to be paid on site: baby bed : EUR 15/ week - baby high chair: EUR 5 per week – baby bed + baby high chair kit : EUR 25 per week. A EUR 59 weekly fee applies per pet
