8.0本に囲まれたユニークな空間で面白い体験ができました。 本が購入できるのもいいですね。温泉も柔らかく外風呂も良かったです。
− 宿泊代は高い。高齢者がいる場合、障害者と同じように最初から正面玄関に車をつけ乗降できるよう案内が良いと思う。トクトクは楽しいが大雨の中年寄りにはつらい。

Amazing experience from the staff, to the facilities, to the food. Would recommend.
10.0I enjoyed how unique the experience was. The private balcony and onsen was amazing. The restaurant and the food was phenomenal. I’ve never had such a great experience at a hotel restaurant. The whole relaxed feel of the hotel, book store and bakery was the perfect end to our vacation.

6.0very pretty and architectural, good views
− lots of ants in the room, near the bath and in the kitchen and near the toilet and even in bed. also room never went below 65% humidity even with dehumidifier blasting
Peaceful time with well designed space, nature, and wisdom. It's a true luxury for me.
10.0Everything: perfectly designed room, eco-friendly sustainable policy, artistic and intellectual environment (surrounded by books!). I stayed Terrace suite with two rooms and open air bath for my family (two couples). Rooms were large, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Meals were delicious with local produce and ingredients. Chef's menu was so creative. We learned a Shin-shu culture from the food. Staff members were friendly and proud of their work. We were all satisfied with our stay. Thank you.
