I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Yufuin.
9.0The hotel has a serene and comfortable environment, and the Japanese-style tatami room is very relaxing. It’s located close to Lake Kinrin, and you can easily reach the nearby streets right after stepping out of the hotel. The staff are professional and friendly, making you feel truly welcomed. Both dinner and breakfast are delicious.

10.0Le personnel de l'établissement était extrêmement serviable et prêt a aider. Ils s'occupent également de l'envoi des gros bagages à la prochaine destination pour pouvoir voyager léger. L'hôtel est très sympathique et le service et la propreté sont impeccable. Le petit déjeuner japonais est copieux et très bon. Le bain privatif dans la chambre est très appreciable et deux bains pour les familles sont disponibles en plus du bain pour hommes et celui pour femmes.
− Le seul inconvénient est que le lac kirin n'étant pas loin il y a beaucoup de moustiques et cela peut-être gênant lors de la pris de bain.
Pleasant stay at good location.
9.0Clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive. You have to pass your car key to concierge after parking so they can help to move the car for others to park. Water at the private onsen was of the right temperature.
− The private pool abit small. Food quality can be better.
