The family-feel ambience. Staffs were friendly, flexible, and easy to communicate. Meals were great, a lot of extra small side dishes to try with. We have to make our own bedding, which was unexpected but a new experience for us.

− The location is a bit far from the train station about 15-20 min walk, if you don't drive and have large luggages, that might be challenge. There wasn't a clear sign of which house building is for check in. The ryokan is an old house, the private onsens were smaller (compare to other ones we've stayed in Kyushu this time).

J’ai passé un super séjour lieu authentique, service au top, repas copieux, diversifié et qualitatif pour un prix global très correct (petit déjeuner et dîner inclu) les onsen privatifs sont super et bien équipés. J'ai passé un super séjour les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables! この趣のある宿で素晴らしい滞在ができました。サービスは素晴らしく、食事は量も種類も豊富で質も高く、しかも非常にリーズナブルな価格でした（朝食と夕食込み）。プライベート温泉も素晴らしく、設備も充実していました。本当に素敵な滞在でした。オーナーの方々もとても親切でした！
