Exceeded all expectations!
10.0The hotel was simply wonderful, far beyond what we expected. Miki, the hotel manager, was lovely, friendly, and helped us wholeheartedly with everything we needed. The hotel's onsen is pleasant and intimate, the rooms are spacious, beautiful, and clean, and the entire hotel is tastefully designed. It was evident that every single detail in the place was thoughtful and perfectly taken care of. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality and generous heart!

10.0建物・お部屋の目の前に温泉の川があり、終始川の音が聞こえてくるので癒されます。館内の静けさ・エレベーター内のほんのりとした香り・随所に派手ではない緑が飾られています。ロビーにはフリードリンクスーペースがあり湯上がりに頂くこともできます。 さり気ないおもてなしに 疲れが癒やされました。

10.0Our room (with bath and shower) and location was fabulous. The extra care taken by owners and staff is evident everywhere, quiet and quality with many well thought out details
− Oooo It is awkward for those of us unfamiliar to get used to the practice of changing shoes (especially when they don't fit). It is worth the effort though for the Ryoken experience

10.0Lovely owner I felt so welcomed and the breakfast was AMAZING! The onsens are also lovely and I was usually the only person in there. There was a surprise waiting in our room when we checked in and it was Oishi! A little pudding with matcha. The location was amazing close to town centre and the park nearby. Highly recommend and we hope to come back!
− A little dated on the inside in terms of decor but you can tell there is a lot of love that goes into this hotel and it felt very special regardless.
