− アイスの販売が20時で終了だと言って、すぐそばのカウンターに人がいるのに売らないこと。 かなり心象わるいです。

9.0Qui si parla solo Giapponese e naturalmente alle 20 chiude tutto (tranne l'onsen). L'hotel e' grande e molto affollato, per noi e' comodo in quanto a meno di 30 minuti dall aereoporto, parcheggio comodo e colazione stile giapponese. Il cornetto alla crema lo rimangerai a Roma, la mattina natto, miso e pesce arrosto...

9.0予約後にプランの変更の為にメッセージを送りましたが、とても親切に対応してくれました。 朝食を配膳されたスタッフの皆さんが朝から笑顔で気持ちが良かったです。
− サウナのが、もう少し遅い時間まで使えたら嬉しかったです。
