1.0− The hotel is very old, but that wouldn’t be a problem if it were clean. The parking area is spacious and free of charge. However, the staff assigned our rooms very far away, and there was no luggage assistance at all even though our family had 9 people and 9 suitcases. We had to carry all the luggage ourselves. At first, the staff expected us to walk to the rooms on our own, but we told them the rooms were far away in another building and we had no idea how to get there through all the connecting walkways. We insisted that they guide us. On the way to the room, we had to walk through several old and dirty buildings and connecting corridors. It did not feel suitable for a resort hotel at all. The only good thing was that the room itself was spacious. We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms. One of the rooms was a Japanese-style tatami room, but there was no futon setup service.

− 個室に移動するとき屋外廊下を通ることになります。大浴場へもそこを歩くので､今回のように大雪のときは寒いし凍結して滑るのが怖いから部屋風呂でした。入湯料が残念😢
