Peaceful, friendly, great location and great facilities.
9.0The cabin was a really nice space, it was very new and all the equipment and furniture was very good quality. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. It was quiet inside the cabin despite being right in the middle of the site and in front of the play area. The atmosphere in the campsite was very relaxed and peaceful. The surrounding hills and forests were beautiful and there are good walks in the area. It’s very easy to get to the site by bus from Ettelbruck. All the staff were helpful and friendly. There was a big emphasis on recycling which was good. There’s a pretty good shop on site for essentials - lovely bread which you can order. There’s table tennis.
− The shop didn’t have any fresh fruit or veg. It would have been good to have better information beforehand about hiring bed linen and towels, how much that cost and how to arrange etc.
