10.0The rooms are very clean the owner thought of everything when it came to the room from make up towels to Kleenex it’s only about 8 miles from the beach. They offer free breakfast in the morning that is cooked to order by the husband and wife owner. They had the nicest people I would recommend this property to anyone I will be back again for another stay at some point.

Wonderful clean, quaint family owned property
9.0Cute hotel with excellent hospitality, made to order breakfast, clean well furnished room with a sitting area, coffee pot and add ins , mini fridge, ice bucket, plenty of towels and great AC unit. Parking available right in front of your room. The room location was good for travel but near the road so you could hear traffic occasionally. Clean, spacious, comfortable, perfect for our travel needs.
− The property is located off a traveled road so you could hear traffic occasionally ( but i wore ear plugs to sleep)

Wonderful experience
10.0I stayed at Yankee Trail, Motel for 4 1/2 days. The rooms were impeccable, beautifully designed and everything you need in one spot. The in the morning is amazing. They have a pool they have a fire pit barbecue. You can do just about anything there and it’s so peaceful. Dealing with Charlene and Kevin was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had. You will not be disappointed.
There are horseshoe pits I the back as well as bean bag throwing to entertain the family
