1.0− Cockroaches. Room wasn't cleaned and for the amount of days we stayed which was over 2 weeks we never not one time had anyone even offer to clean the room which under Missouri code is required every 7 days so that and infestation of cockroaches don't waste your money or time
I'll give it one more chance otherwise I'll write it off at the worst hotel I've been to in Joplin
1.0And giving this hotel so any chance it and every time I book I ended up checking out before I even put my bags down. Was told that I had a night credit if I wanted staff members but was never upheld
− Defiance sketching the location super open The Price is Right the lady was nicer at the desk but she pretended I didn't have a credit or she even know what I was talking about
