8.0Accueil très agréable. Commerces à proximité. Plage à 3mn à pieds. Tram très proche.
− L’appartement est dans son jus. Beaucoup de choses à revoir. Chambres très petites. Rideaux pas propres. Salle de bain petite. Escalier pour accéder à l’appartement un peu glissant par mauvais temps.

9.0Location à l'étage avec vue sur les dunes, bien situé près du centre mais au calme accès rapide à la plage et aux chemins de randonnée par une passerelle sécurisée qui enjambe les routes 😊
