10.0As soon as we went into the room we could see how clean it was. The car park was roomy and easy to get in/out. The staff were very friendly and helpful - my husband needed an extension lead for his CPAP machine and the staff happily provided one for us to use. The bed was so comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud. The location was excellent also.
