Has potential to be beautiful and welcoming, in a great location, too bad the staff are too lazy to clean the rooms and tidy the gardens.

− The staff lied to us several times about being able to provide a refund for cancelling the stay. They promised the refund is coming, is being processed, for several days then reneged on their word. We requested a refund to book alternative accommodation as the rooms are run down, and dirty. Would be fine if the price was set to match the facilities, but set far too high so led us to expect a certain level of service. Seems like the managers do not care about providing a pleasant service, only to charge as much as possible while providing the absolute minimum.

This is the perfect location in Canggu. Right opposite Penny Lane. It also has a Resturant right on the property next door as a separate concern. Free breakfast included in this deal and seriously good value for money.

− The only thing that let this place down was the bathroom shower. Rusty and old. The rest of the place was awesome and the staff were very nice. Can't beat this value for money.

De locatie van the presidential suite (het achterste gedeelte), de bedden lagen heerlijk, kamer was ruim. Personeel was aardig en probeerde het naar je zin te maken. Zwembad was heerlijk.

− De kussens van het tuinmeubilair waren heel vies met vlekken, de presidential suite heeft geen tussendeur, dus je gaat buitenom. dit hadden we niet goed begrepen. Elke dag moet je om schone handdoeken vragen, die je uiteindelijk wel krijgt. Het ontbijt was niets bijzonders; voor alle extra moet je bijbetalen. je zou ook elke dag bij Pennylane kunnen ontbijten (aan de overkant). Voor ons was het prima. Let wel op de verschillende kamers. sommige studio's zijn echt klein en vies. dat is in tegenstelling tot de buitenomgeving van het hotel teleurstellend. Ouders hadden een hele kleine kamer; gelukkig konden ze tegen bijbetaling naar andere kamer verhuizen. Keuken bij de presidential suite is erg vies maar gebruik je in principe niet. De badkamer heeft een heerlijke mosmuur. Normaal als je buiten woont en het veel regent. Er groeiden plantjes binnen. het heeft zijn voors en tegens. Bij harde regen loopt het water wel naar binnen, onder de voordeur.

Good location, tapi Kamar mandi seharusnya bisa lebih bersih. Banyak keraknya. Harus di renovasi. Masih style lama. Intinya kurang terawat villanya. Mati lampu 2x villanya

− Kebersihan Kamar mandi dan kamar tidur. Banyak debu di belakang tempat tidur dan side table.

Hyvä sijainti lähellä kaikkea, kaunis puutarha ja ystävällinen henkilökunta

− Kulahtanut ja epäsiisti, remontin tarpeessa huoneiden osalta. Siivousta ei tehty kertaakaan 4 yön oloni aikana. Villan avaimet ei toimineet, vesi oli poikki viimeisenä aamuna kokonaan. Baarien meteli kuului selvästi huoneeseen. Varaamaani huonetta ei ollut saatavilla.
