− el personal!!! horrible el de recepcion, mal educado, grosero y con muy mala diaposicion. Nisiquiera saludan, muy mala recepcion por parte del personal. No lo recomiendo, no te hacen sentir bienvenidos el baño demasiado pequeño

5.0De accommodatie (familiekamer) was prima, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.
− De accommodatie ligt op een resort, wat ons eerlijk gezegd tegenviel. Zeker gezien de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding vinden wij de prijs moeilijk te rechtvaardigen. Voor drie nachten betaalden wij als gezin (twee volwassenen en twee kinderen) €485. Dat zijn geen prijzen die je in Indonesië verwacht. Voor een dergelijk bedrag mag je een hoger serviceniveau, betere kwaliteit en meer aandacht voor detail verwachten. Het is meer een backpack oord en meer voor alternatief publiek. Het ontbijt werd in buffetvorm aangeboden, maar stelde teleur. De warme gerechten waren vaak lauw of zelfs koud, de keuze was beperkt en producten die op waren, werden niet of pas laat aangevuld. Koffie en thee waren weliswaar inbegrepen, maar moesten gasten zelf zetten met een waterkoker en oploskoffie. Dat past wat ons betreft niet bij de prijs die voor deze accommodatie wordt gevraagd.

− Is not more social than any other place and rather good for families The place is a little run down and you can have much nicer places on Gili for the same or better prici
