OK stay!
9.0Location close to both bus and train station. Onsen facility was good.
− One of staff gave us wrong direction to 柳川， and ended up wasting our half day for exploring the attraction in the city.
Friendly service, comfortable 1 night stay.
7.0Tatami Room was spacious for a fam of 4. Small seating area overlooks a nice zen garden. Onsen were basic but a great to have after a long day. Ample parking opp the hotel. Staff were kind and polite. Japanese breakfast was quite basic (served at 7.30 or 8.00 am), I would pass if we didn't have an early start for the river cruise.
