7.0I loved dinner and breakfast, the staff was amazing, and the food was tasty and of high quality. The staff in general was very friendly
− There were many little flies that were attracted to light in my room. It was also impossible to cool my room down, so I slept poorly due to a hot room when it was 8 degrees outside

10.0Fantastisk traditionel japansk. Utrolig lækker mad, smukke værelser, indendørs og udendørs onsen. Traditionelle kimonos, kaffebar og øl/vinbar, store gode værelser. Det bedste af det hele er servicen som er helt utrolig. Alle medarbejdere gjorde alt for at give os den bedst tænkelige oplevelse. Vi følte os meget set og sørget for og er meget glade for denne oplevelse. Jeg vil til enhver tid anbefale denne lille japanske perle. Vi kørte til skiområderne zao onsen og Zao liza, kun 30 mins kørsel fra overnatnings stedet. Helt utrolig og meget anbefalesværdigt skiløb at finde her!

10.0Service was excellent. They were waiting for us to arrive to pick our bags and take us to our room. The team was extremely polite and the food was very good.
− Rooms can feel a bit old but it gives the hotel its traditional Japanese feel.
