10.0Die respektvolle und hilfsbereite Gastfreundschaft von Akira hat uns beeindruckt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Das selbstgemachte japanische Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und kaum zu toppen. Das luxuriöse 4-Bett-Zimmer war konfortabel, gut ausgerüstet und ruhig. Die beiden eigenen Onsen waren für uns 1 bis 2mal pro Tag ein Muss. 2 weitere öffentliche Onsen im Ort konnten auch genutzt werden.
Exceptional place to enjoy the onsen and visit snow monkey park
10.0We had such an amazing experience here, I cannot rate this place highly enough. We thoroughly enjoyed the onsen, the delicious breakfast, and most of all, the incredible hospitality. Akira-san and his family accommodated us in every way, from preparing a vegetarian-friendly breakfast to driving us to the snow monkey park the next morning. He was very patient with my limited Japanese, and even taught me some new phrases. It was really an unforgettable experience, and I will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Nagano. Note that this place is about a mile away from Yudanaka station and the snow monkey park each in either direction; I didn't mind walking but you can also take a bus, just be sure to plan ahead.

10.0Everything about our stay was amazing. Akira was incredibly kind and friendly and they accommodated the request for vegetarian meals for some of our guests. The onsen and our room were both amazing, and the breakfast was delicious. I wish we could have stayed longer.

10.0Akiri our host was polite, helpful & so attentive to anything he could help us with, from a lift to the station or the Monkey park. He takes great pride in his Onsen & ensures his guests are well looked after. The experience was so authentic for us both even we felt quite humbled as we said our goodbyes, his mum came out to wish us well & gave us a small gift to take home. Well recommend.

10.0Comfortability of the hotel, helpful owner & staff. Plus an amazing 2 days variety breakfast!! Make sure you order the breakfast & try the onsen at the hotel for full experience.
− The transportation of the city (public bus,direct limited express train, etc) stops quiet early. So make sure to check all timetables in the morning

10.0旅館老闆是個非常和善且和藹可親的老爺爺，房間很大很乾淨、和式床墊也很好睡舒服、每個地方都非常的乾淨整潔，還有超讚的個人私湯可以預約，和式早餐也很美味，這是我在日本最喜歡的前三名之一！！
