− Not clean, we had to clean the place before moving in. Mouldy couches on back deck. Grounds messy, branches obstructing garage. Unacceptable.

9.0Great house in a great location. We've stayed in a lot of holiday accommodation and this was up with the best and we will be back. We loved the BBQ gas arrangement - very progressive and mature.
− The BBQ drip tray was absolutely full of cooking fat and there was no aluminum tray. I cleaned this and purchased a tray. The timber Venetian blinds in particular desperately need a good clean/dusting.
Very relaxing, beautiful area, lots of wildlife and birds to spot.
9.0Spacious, quiet, close to beaches and national parks. Gas cooking, heating, water filter, dishwasher, laundry. Comfortable bed and furniture, clean, two covered outdoor sitting areas. Need car to get into town for groceries about 10 mins drive.
