Nice decor, comfy environment, clean, shower products, steamer, coffee.

− Booking process was a bit lengthy, many verification steps, had to verify my identity twice and provide a selfie of myself and my guest. Seemed a bit excessive. Also the unit had an ant problem.

Clean, good location

− No place to hang up clothes. I never could figure out how to watch even basic TV.

clogged shower drain was cleared after phone call while i was out.

Cozy little sleeper after long days in the park!

Brand new remodel. Located just a few minutes outside Sequoia National Park. Air conditioning was great (though we weren't bright enough to realize you had to aim the wall temp unit at the Air conditioner at first). LOL.

− Maybe a little label next to the air conditioner temp remote. It's in a holster, but it reacted when we pushed buttons, so we thought it was doing something. Hours later we realized you have to pull it out and aim it. Yes, we feel sufficiently stupid over it. The shower is clean and has a healthy spray, but the gap on one side makes it nearly impossible to keep the water in the shower itself. Still a nice little place to stay.

Recently renovated. Stylish.

− Only gave us 2 towels and we were there for 3 days with temperatures over 110 degrees. No staff on site. If you need something apparently you need to email staff who are located in another country who will then tell housekeeping to come give you more towels.
