4.0It was comfortable enough for a short stay. It was very clean.
− There was no hot water so could not shower. The split system had been switched off at the source so took a while to get going. Not sure if the water had been turned off as well. Maybe something the staff need to make sure are both working before a winter stay. There were also no face washers, tissues, or adequate milk to enjoy the basic facilities. I think the price did not really match what was provided.

6.0The facilities were good and we received a free upgrade to a family room which was nice.
− The split system would not heat up the first room so we had to be moved to another room after we unpacked so it was a bit inconvenient initially.
