Great location for a short stay.
8.0It’s our family usual place for short stay. Eventhough it is a budget place, there is still TV entertainment such as Netflix and Youtube, so my kids were able to watch them. Location is great as it is surrounded by various restaurants, mall, shops and more, which is accessible on foot. There are bus stops along the way. There is a water dispenser at the corridor.
− It could get very noisy such as sirens due to VIP escorts, police cars and cars passing by. There is no fridge, so staying for a long period is not recommended if you intend to store your food and drinks cold. Bathroom is on the small side. So be prepared to squeeze in the shower cubicle.

− Its so loud at night time No soundproofing at all.. People were smashing the doors The mattress was very uncomfortable for me but ok if you like a soft mattress.
Great location but room is small and poorly ventilated
5.0The location is perfect, just opposite the largest shopping mall in Brunei with lots of restaurant nearby. Has free Netflix.
− This place is not suitable for families with children, people with disabilities or old or injured people with walking difficulties. There is a long flight of stairs up to the entrance of the premises and it can be difficult to carry up heavy luggage up. The rooms are extremely small and narrow. There was hardly enough space to walk or to open up my luggage in the room. There was also no table/desk or working surface to put my laptop for work. I also caught and killed a cockroach running around the floor of the room. There is also no proper check in/out reception desk, so you are expected to do everything on your own with instructions via whatsapp. The room was also stuffy with no proper ventilation.
