9.0Clean basic motel with mini fridge and microwave, just what I needed
− Bathroom door does not shut completely, which is not an issue if you stay by yourself. The room and the bathroom may need remodeling since they look really old and dated (it’s clean though).
Great location and very welcoming front desk staff. Made us feel welcome.

10.0This place is a gem! The owners could not be any nicer! The views of the mountains are spectacular. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it was clean and looked inviting. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I think people complained about the noise of the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Yes, the fan was noisy, but it worked and we were happy to have one. So many places don't have exhaust fans in the bathroom anymore! We didn't need it, but there is also a heating fan in the bathroom, which would be great in the winter! The location of this place is perfect! It is literally around the corner from both Garden of the Gods and the off site parking for the cograilway. I wish we had more to spend there and I recommend it 100%. BONUS - the coffee is delicious!
