Beautiful view from a top class room with
10.0Superb breakfast with friendly staff. Beautiful view of the lake from the room, which was very spacious for 3 adults, and itś immaculate and luxurious.

Ok but I would not stay there again.
6.0Location was excellent and parking was easy
− Room was ok but certainly not deluxe and certainly not worth £400 for the night. You could hear everything from the room next door. Food was a big let down, the best I can describe it as is cafeteria food. If I had known I would have booked elsewhere for dinner. Most annoying was the breakfast serving times. Finishing breakfast service at 9.15 on a weekend is too early. The staff were taking everything away before 9am.

9.0Spacious room, friendly staff, and a lovely stay overall. We appreciated the daily tea, coffee, and hot chocolate facilities, room service, the good restaurant with beautiful loch views, and the ample parking.
− A few small improvements: the room was a little warm (although a small fan was provided), the hotel is a bit outside the city centre so a car is recommended, and the pillows could be more comfortable.
