if the weather was nice i may not have noticed the small problems with space.

− not enough cupboards space for groceries. no heating. 2 small ones that you had to sit on top of. not a lot of room for clothing etc in bedrooms. (weather terrible - flooded - trees and fences blew down - lawn bowls comp called off. black out sat till monday plus ) not your fault but i feel better now having a whinge. cheers

− No Air con, and a little more detail needed by the cleaners- rubbish under and behind the beds, cobwebs, spiders and ants in the bedrooms.

One of the best accommodations in Hat Head with lots of good appliances and amenities.
9.0The house is newly refurbished with quality appliances. Linen was supplied as was a number of cleaning and consumables. Internet and foxtel was supplied also. A nice neighbourhood also and not far from the Bowls Club and beaches.
− The converted garage was a good idea to make 4 bedrooms though it is only a double bed, too short for 6" people, thin mattress and it was quite cold in the room so we bought a heater. The DVD player does not work, with or without batteries in the controller.
